to power your way up the mountain for the thrill of coasting down.
That's what bicycle tour companies do best. They'll pick you up
at your doorstep, drive you to the summit, outfit you with bikes
and gear, and see you safely down the mountain. |

Morning Crater Tour Travel to the top of Haleakala and view the massive crater, then go for a leisurely downhill bike ride. Trip includes Hotel Pick-up and Drop Off, guided van tour of the Haleakala National Park with the bike ride beginning outside the National Park at the 6,500-foot elevation and ending in Paia Town. A continental breakfast is provided at the base yard prior to tour and a no host meal stop in either Kula or Paia town at the discretion of the crew and/or group. Sunrise
Crater Tour
Experience the freedom and independence of mountain biking at
your own pace. You'll be able to stop, get on and off the road
when you want, and operate the bike within in your own comfort
zone. Van departs from the Haiku Store two hours before sunrise
and arrives one hour before sunrise at the summit. This ride includes
transportation to the summit, van tour of the park, van ride to
park entrance where staging is at Park Entrance at the 6,500'
elevation where you begin your downhill bike ride. Once on the
bike, it is a self-paced un-guided trip. 
Experience the freedom and independence of mountain biking at
your own pace. This tour does not include the van tour of Haleakala
National Park. You will begin the ride from the park entrance.
