Imagine arriving at a beautiful, secluded Maui beach at sunset, tiki torches flickering in the warm tropical breeze and your personal table set for two. Your gourmet meal is prepared and served on the beach using all the freshest local ingredients. Locally caught fish is our specialty but we also have a variety of sumptuous menu items including, beef, chicken and vegetarian. The meal comes complete with beverage. We specialize in dinners for couples but can also accommodate small parties up to 12 people.(TC M724-1)

BEACHSIDE DINNERS Menu #1 Selections

SALADS

• Heart of palm, cherry tom, and mixed baby greens with a caramelized Maui onion vinaigrette
• Asian mirin poached pear salad, mixed baby greens, daikon sprouts and hot & sweet mustard dressing
• Papaya half with black bean, shrimp and cilantro salad
• Butter lettuce with local avocado, tomato, and bacon with homemade ranch dressing
• Mixed baby greens with roasted beets and edamame with raspberry vinaigrette

PUPUS - APPETIZERS

• Poached shrimp set atop a local avocado and Kamuela tomato salad
• Carpacchio of fresh fish drizzled with hot cilantro oil, ponzu sauce and micro greens topped with kukui nut
• Seafood filled crepe with saffron coconut sauce and cilantro cream nape’
• Seared black sesame and panko coated ahi with a miso honey sauce
• Seafood (shrimp, lobster and crab) potsticker with sweet chili and ginger cream sauce
• Puff pastry boat filled with sherried wild mushroom saute

• Petit filet mignon set upon wild mushroom and roasted tomato concasse
